Great Rift Valley
The Great Rift Valley has the beautiful freshwater lakes of Naivasha,
Baringo and Turkana and the "soda" lakes Bogoria, Nakuru and
Elmentaita. The region is famous for its thousands of flamingos and
other water birds as well as for excellent fishing, boating and game
viewing on private reserves.
Loldia House
Nestled under acacia trees is on one of Kenya's oldest farms a 6,500
acre ranch which is set on the green shores of Lake Naivasha. Guests
stay in thatched cottages and can explore the ranch on foot or by
horseback. Fishing, bird walks and excursions to local attractions are
also available.
