BOOKING/PAYMENT CONDITIONS

20% deposit due by check or money order on acceptance of itinerary and balance of payment due 60 days prior to departure. Cancellation penalties and booking conditions apply. These are detailed on the back of our "Reservation and Contract Form". This should be read carefully before it is signed and returned to us. No space will be confirmed until we receive the form duly signed. Please note that our associates in Africa require that you carry comprehensive medical insurance coverage as condition of acceptance on their tours and we strongly recommend coverage for cancellation or interruption and baggage insurance.

NOTE

Most camps and lodges include two daily activities in their tariff. If you want more activities during the day, we suggest you book a private vehicle and guide. This does cost extra. Please contact us if interested.
